Get Sermon Feedback from a Mentor at The Master's Seminary

Evaluation

Our sermon mentors will watch one of your sermons and, using a rubric developed by The Master's Seminary, help you evaluate your effectiveness as an expositor.

Improvement

As part of every evaluation, our mentors will identify your strengths along with areas that need improvement. They will help you come up with specific steps you can take to develop as a preacher.

Encouragement

Our sermon mentors are preachers themselves. Talking to someone who shares your passion for the pulpit will encourage and strengthen your commitment to the craft.

We preach "iron sharpens iron" yet in our own preaching ministry it can be difficult to find those who will help us press on...

The sermon mentorship program is designed to connect experienced, mature preachers with other pastors eager to grow in their own preaching. The mentors are uniquely qualified as they have not only studied the craft of preaching, but also have the 'boots on the ground' experience of faithfully serving their congregations week-in, week-out.

To have accomplished preachers watch my sermon videos provided me technical insight into the craft of preaching as well as tremendous encouragement.

Such insight comes from those who not only love preaching but also loves fellow preachers.

Nothing has helped my preaching more than the sermon mentorship program at The Master's Seminary.

If your goal is to be a better preacher, nothing is more helpful than mentorship from men who love Christ, care about your ministry, and desire to help you improve your craft.

Senior Pastor, First Baptist Church, Mustang Oklahoma

Sermon Mentorship

Signing up for sermon mentorship is simple. Fill out the form. Pay the $100 fee. And submit a video of your sermon. We also accept audio recordings, but video is always preferable because it allows our mentors to evaluate the non-verbal aspects of preaching. Once your form is submitted, your payment is made, and we have a copy of your sermon, we will connect you to a sermon mentor. He will email you and schedule a Zoom call.
